We have developed a reputation for safety in the contracting industry and we strive to protect that reputation.
Mealy Excavating & Construction, Inc. maintains a comprehensive safety and health program designed to meet the best practices in the industry. We provide mandatory and on-going safety training to all of our employees. More than half of our employees are First Aid and CPR/AED certified. This ensures we always have at least one first aid officer on each jobsite to help minimize the consequences of an accident.
Maintaining safe working conditions is absolutely essential to the achievement of our mission statement, “Building the Future.” A safe and compliant work environment means we are able to deliver your project on-time and on-budget. The proactive path we take has helped us earn multiple safety awards from the Pennsylvania Utilities Contractor’s Association (PUCA), as well as the National Utility Contractor’s Association (NUCA). We will continue to implement the latest technology, training, and techniques that are available.
